WHO WE ARE

Plasma Coating Technologies Inc. is an established and proven leader in PVD / CVD Company located in California. This is due to having par excellence expertise of tool coating, mold coating, medical components and aerospace components coating by PVD ARC as well magnetron Sputtering techniques. We possess a total coating experience of more than 90 years with hands on coating experience as well as vast technical practical developments and improvement of coating properties. Dr. Kmaleswhar Upadhya, President and CEO of the Company possess 32 USA patents on Metallic and Alloys, Ceramic and multilayers nano-composites coating invention and fabrications by Plasma assisted PVD / CVD techniques. No other Competitors can ever come close to our company in providing superior quality of coating. Our costumers demand far superior performance of theirs tools and components. Plasma Coating Technologies has in-house Metallurgical laboratory for coating properties analysis and measurements such as hardness testing, thickness measurements and coefficient of friction determination as well tough toughness and adhesion measurements.

SUPERIOR TECHNICAL COSTUMER SERVICES

In today’s competitive markets, in business practices requires maximum efficiency and small / lean processes that will provide greater values. Our company, Plasma Coating Technologies Inc. understands costumers individual needs and their requirements for coating which will improve performances / efficiency of yours machines and provide the greatest value for your product. Our company is staffed and managed by highly trained and skilled professionals (Ph.D Metallurgical Eng. FASM FIM. C.Eng.) with in depth technical knowledge of coating materials and practical experience in plasma assisted PVD coating machine operations and nano-technologies multilayered fabrications of coating technologies and materials performance.

PCT Inc. provides its customers CVD diamond and DLC coatings as per their specifications.

Carbon possesses several allotropies. Two of these are (sp2) graphite and (sp3) diamond and DLC or Diamond Like Carbon is in fact mixtures of these allotropies along-with hydrogen atoms in different proportions. The main difference between diamond and DLC is that DLC which exists in seven different forms exists always in Amorphous Phase whereas, Diamond is in Covalent Bond Crystalline phase hardest material. Tetrahedral amorphous phase Carbon (ta-C) contains greater than 92% Sp3 allotrope and considered similar to pure diamond form and is used for high end coating for cutting tools.

Remaining six other DLC coatings are mainly used for wear reductions and medical implants and sliding and rotating applications such as bearings.

Plasma Coating Technologies Inc has now added a PECVD DLC Coating Machine. Now PCT can coat their customers parts including gun components. The coating thickness can be 2 microns or for composite materials machining between 12-15 microns. Please contact PCT Inc at plasmacoatingteckku@gmail.com with your coating requirements or call 661-670 8813.

Marco Sandoval V.P. operations brings enormous operational experience of PVD Coating practical knowledge acquired from Blazers AG, where he worked as a manager operations and also as V.P Technologies in other local Coating Company. He possesses design of tools and testing of coating properties and has amazing insight knowledge of coating required for different applications. Please Call Dr. Kamal Uphadya or Marco Sandoval for your future Coating needs / requirements at 661-609-3322 or Marco at 661-371-8445.
